1. Who we are

CleaningNsealing provides exterior cleaning and waterproofing services across Cyprus — roof pressure washing, debris and algae removal, waterproof roof sealing, and solar-panel cleaning. This policy covers the cleaningnsealing.com website only. For anything privacy-related, contact cleaningnsealing@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

You can browse this entire site — read about our services, view our work, and find our contact details — without giving us any personal information.

The only place this site collects personal information is the review form. If you choose to submit a review, we collect:

• The name you type in
• The star rating you choose
• The text of your review
• The date and time you submitted it

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Viber, Facebook, or email instead, that conversation happens on those platforms directly — this website does not receive or store anything from those conversations.

3. How we use it

We use review submissions for one purpose: to show real customer feedback on this site. Every review is checked by us before it goes live — nothing you submit is published automatically or immediately.

4. Where it's stored

Review submissions are stored using Google Firebase, a cloud database service, in a European data region. Google processes this data on our behalf as our hosting provider — it is not sold, and it is not used by Google or anyone else for advertising.

5. Other services this site loads

Like most websites, this site loads a small number of resources from outside providers so it displays and works correctly:

• Google Fonts — for the typefaces used on this site
• Tailwind CSS — a styling library, loaded from its content delivery network
• Google Firebase — described above, for reviews

6. Cookies and tracking

This site does not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any tracking scripts. We don't know how many times you've visited, and we don't build a browsing profile of you.

7. Your rights

If you've submitted a review, you can ask us at any time to see exactly what we have, correct it, or delete it entirely. Email cleaningnsealing@gmail.com with your name and roughly when you submitted it, and we'll handle it directly — no form, no waiting on a ticket system.

8. How long we keep it

A review stays on the site for as long as it's relevant, until you ask us to remove it, or until we choose to take it down ourselves. Reviews we decide not to publish (for example, spam or unrelated submissions) are deleted, not just hidden.

9. Changes to this policy

If what we collect or how we use it ever changes, we'll update this page and change the date at the top — no silent rewrites.
